Payment

25% of course fee if more than 6 weeks to course date

Full fee if less than 6 weeks to course date or full fee less than £100

Payment may be by BACS or Cheque

Your place is reserved on receipt of deposit and booking form. It will be confirmed on receipt of final payment.

Cancellation by Customer

The customer will be charged on the following basis:

§  Deposit only where cancellation takes place more than 6 weeks before booked date.

§  50% of the total fee where cancellation takes place less than 6 weeks but more than 4 weeks before the booked date

§  100% of the total fee where cancellation takes place less than 4 weeks before the booked date

Cancellation by Wet and High Adventures

The company shall notify the customer of cancellation not less than seven days prior to the commencement of the course where numbers as a result of either customer(s) cancellation or booked numbers have failed to reach a workable minimum.

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that courses/activities actually run, the company will notify the customer of cancellation as soon as practicable where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to dangerous and/or unsuitable conditions for the course/activity.

In the event of cancellation customers will be offered the choice of the following options: -

§  Relocation of course.

§  Another booking on a different date.

§  Full refund of the fee paid.

Wet and High Adventures can’t be held liable for accommodation and travel costs if a course is cancelled, postponed or relocated.

We suggest you take out travel insurance to cover this or cancellation on your part.
